Most operators go live in 2–4 months. We import aircraft data, configure maintenance programmes, train users, and run parallel-ops before full cut-over.

Can the software integrate with our existing ERP or accounting platform?

Absolutely. A REST API, webhooks and ready-made Odoo connectors allow real-time data exchange with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and more.

How is pricing structured?

Subscription is per active aircraft per month and includes unlimited users, updates, and support. Implementation services and data integration are quoted separately based on custom developments, and a small percentage fee is applied to revenue generated through the web-booking module.

Where is our data hosted and how is it protected?

We deploy on ISO 27001-certified OVH, AWS or Azure regions of your choice. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Daily off-site backups are included.

Can we deploy the solution on-premise instead of the cloud?

Yes. We offer a fully supported on-premise option—Docker or Kubernetes—so you keep all data within your own infrastructure while still receiving updates and support.
